Loved the beautiful ambience and the bar vibes! Plus, the location was perfect for exploring attractions; no need for a magic carpet!
The garage scent was more 'eww' than 'wow'—a real olfactory adventure!

Great stay with awesome staff!
The breakfast crew was amazing! They even went out to get salsa for my omelette! Location couldn't be better—right near the Riverwalk and the Alamo. The pool was kinda chilly, but we still enjoyed it. And the room was nice and clean, just a bit dated, but comfy enough.

The location was convenient for exploring, and I appreciated being close to attractions. I did notice the ice machine was broken and had to go to a different floor for ice. The café was often busy and had long wait times, which was hard when we were tired after a full day of activities. Overall, it was a standard stay.
I experienced issues with room temperature and no ice bucket in the room. The parking cost was higher than I expected. The long waits for dining were tricky, especially when looking for a quick meal after a day out.

I really enjoyed my stay here. the indoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and I loved hanging out on the sun terrace after a long day. My only slight issue was the musty smell in the garage area, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. When you visit, don’t forget to grab a drink by the poolside!

The location was perfect! We strolled along the river walk, explored local shops, and even tried our hands at table tennis in the hotel lounge. The staff was outstanding, especially during breakfast. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had what we wanted.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast area could use a bit more space for families. It got crowded quickly during peak hours.

I recently had a fantastic stay! Loved the heated pool and the MClub Lounge access. The free laundry facilities came in handy during our time there. I was a bit surprised that the room service was in to-go containers, not what I expected for the price!

The location was fantastic for exploring nearby attractions like the Alamo and River Walk, making it super easy to enjoy the city without needing to drive. The King Room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, which is essential after long days of sightseeing. However, waiting for valet service was frustrating and took longer than expected. Overall, it was a decent experience but could improve on service efficiency.

Had an awesome time with friends! We went hiking and checked out some cool places along the River Walk. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The heated pool and game area were great for our group. Just a heads-up, the restaurant can get busy during peak hours. Overall, a great stay!
Room service was a bit lacking. food came in takeout containers, which felt off for higher-priced meals. Would've preferred proper dishware.
